Trinity Assisted Living
Management Team
Elishia Smith
Owner-
Elishia opened Trinity Assisted Living in 2004 to create a true home, not just a business. Her passion for caregiving began when her youngest son was born 10½ weeks premature, shifting her plans but strengthening her commitment to helping others. She named Trinity after her oldest child and built it with the same heart she gives her family.
Under her leadership, Trinity has become a place for people who need understanding and advocacy, not just a room. Elishia has never turned someone away because of a difficult diagnosis—HIV, MRSA, traumatic brain injuries, end-of-life needs—she sees people, not labels. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she even opened a dedicated facility for COVID-positive clients to ensure no one went without care.
Elishia is proud of Trinity, but even more grateful for the staff, families, and community partners who make it all possible.
Hayley Terrazas
CEO-
Born in Council, Idaho, Hayley spent her young adulthood traveling across the U.S. before returning home in 2011. Her passion for helping others led her to an unexpected and deeply rewarding career in assisted living. Starting as an Administrator in 2012, Hayley quickly discovered her true calling—caring for residents and leading with heart.
Now serving as the CEO of Trinity Assisted Living, Hayley continues to bring her warmth, leadership, and dedication to every aspect of the company. Her contagious smile and compassionate spirit set the tone for the supportive environment that Trinity is known for.
Outside of work, Hayley finds joy in her horses and loves sharing that passion with residents—creating meaningful moments that brighten their days. She feels incredibly grateful to be part of a community that feels like family and remains committed to providing the very best care possible.
