Home Living is a welcoming 9-bed, community offering personalized Level I, II, and III care, and the sister location to Crestwood Serenity. With a dedicated team of compassionate caregivers, we provide personalized support in a warm, family-style setting. Specializing in geriatric care and also serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), Home Living offers attentive, individualized care that helps residents feel secure and supported.

Residents enjoy three delicious, dietitian-approved meals each day, thoughtfully prepared to encourage healthy and safe eating habits. Engaging daily activities foster connection, creativity, and joy, helping residents feel active and fulfilled. With an on-call nurse available at any time and open communication with each resident’s care team, we ensure consistent, reliable, and attentive care.

Meridian is an 8-Bed Facility with all Private Rooms and boasts an awesome Soaker Jet Tub that is ADA accessible. The facility is a 5 minute walking distance from Dutch Bros coffee, Convenience store, Subway, a Pub, and more. Due to our level of care we have a very low turnover rate.
