Crestwood Serenity is a cozy 8-bed community, offering personalized Level I, II, and III care, located right next door to Home Living, one of our sister locations. Our dedicated and compassionate team provides personalized care in a warm, supportive environment. Specializing in geriatric care and offering services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), Crestwood Serenity is a place where residents receive attentive support tailored to their unique needs.

Residents enjoy three delicious, dietitian-approved meals each day, thoughtfully prepared to encourage healthy and safe eating habits. Engaging daily activities foster connection, creativity, and joy, helping residents feel active and fulfilled. With an on-call nurse available at any time and open communication with each resident’s care team, we ensure consistent, reliable, and attentive care.

The facility is a 5 minute walking distance from Dutch Bros coffee, Convenience store, Subway, a Pub, and more. Due to our level of care we have a very low turnover rate.

We also offer a complimentary "Free Day Stay" when contemplating placement in one of our facilities (pending bed availability). This is a great way to make sure our facility is a "good fit". We want residents to feel comfortable with the staff and atmosphere of their new home.
