1st Street is a family-style 16-bed community dedicated to supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental health needs. Our caring and well-trained staff are present around the clock, ensuring residents receive the consistent, attentive care they deserve. As a H.A.R.T home, we specialize in providing safe, structured support for those living with mental health challenges, always focusing on dignity, respect, and independence.
In addition to personalized daily care, we offer medication management, counseling connections, and community-based services to help residents maintain stability and strengthen their quality of life. Residents enjoy three delicious, dietitian-approved meals each day, thoughtfully prepared to encourage healthy and safe eating habits. Engaging daily activities foster connection, creativity, and joy, helping residents feel active and fulfilled. With an on-call nurse available at any time and open communication with each resident’s care team, we ensure reliable and consistent support.
